Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use DraftsReady. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions go to hello@draftsready.com.

DraftsReady is operated by YouFact LLC, 224 W 35th St, Ste 500, New York, NY 10001, United States ("we", "us"). These terms are between you and YouFact LLC.

What DraftsReady is

DraftsReady connects to your Instagram professional account with your permission, reads your posts and their comments, and suggests reply text. A reply is only published when you press Send.

Early access

The service is provided as is during early access. It may change, and it may stop, at any time and without notice. We may add or remove features, and we may end the early access period and move to a paid model.

Your responsibility for what is sent

You are responsible for everything you choose to send, because you press Send. A draft is a suggestion. We do not guarantee that a draft is accurate, appropriate, or right for your audience. You must read every draft before you send it.

Instagram's terms

You must follow Instagram's own terms of use while using DraftsReady. DraftsReady is not a way around them. You must connect only an Instagram professional account that you own or are authorised to manage, and you must not use DraftsReady to publish a reply that the account's owner has not agreed to.

Acceptable use

Do not use DraftsReady for spam, harassment, or to impersonate someone. Do not use it to publish anything unlawful, deceptive or hateful. Do not try to read another person's account, break the service, or get around its limits. We may suspend an account that uses the service in those ways.

Your data

What we hold, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You can disconnect or delete your account at any time from inside the app.

Not affiliated with Meta or Instagram

DraftsReady is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftsReady is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or reputation, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you, for any claim, is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we each agree to that venue.
